Well my internship search is going well. It is amazing how fast companies reply to you. For some of the applications that I did last Friday and then on this monday, I have received contact for interviews. I have received contact from Deutsche Bahn, Fraunhofer, Siemens, and then my interview tomorrow with Continental. It is so exciting to receive these calls. My goal though is looking for a job with Regenerative Energy. I send applications to more companies for this for example SolarWorld, and Audi with their hybrid.
So don't ever loose hope. Just keep on trying to get a job. You can get one!

Well today was a great day. I woke up to snow on the ground. It was so pretty! I went to class for Machine Element and then worked on my sketching. I did some more applications today because I have not heard from other companies. There are many resources that one can use for job search and I think the goal is to be persistent. It took me such a long time to do my German Resume and Cover Letter but now that I have it done. I changed a little bit for each company and complete the applications. I have an internship with Continental on Friday, so I have read what my job will be and other parts that I like about this certain company. I have to travel three hours to visit Villingen, but I am excited to see another German town.
I have a test tomorrow for my Regenerative Energy class. It is a really interesting class where we actually work with our hands and see the real machines for example the fuel cell, the solar cell, the fine dust particle. I might show you the powerpoint that I am doing to summarize what I learned.
Well feel free to ask questions or want me to write more about one area of my experiences..
